Letter dated 28.02.2005 from Adam Ingram MP to Michael Martin MP concerning a) a letter dated 07.02.2005 from Peter Viggers MP to the Speaker alleging that Mr Ingram misled the house in a reply to him 09.01.2005 [11.01.2005] regarding financial support from the Ministry of Defence to the Swan Hunter shipyard, and b) an allegation that an incorrect answer given to Mike Hancock MP 10.02.2005 regarding the status of negotiations between the Ministry and Swan Hunter was intentionally misleading.
