STUDENT GRANTS
That this House condemns the proposal to reduce student grants by 10 per cent.; notes the growing problem of student indebtedness and graduate unemployment; and demands the transfer of education policy in Wales to an elected Welsh Parliament with the power to administer higher education in accordance with the democratic wishes of the people of Wales.
