DEATH OF SENATOR GORDON WILSON

That this House is deeply moved by the passing of Senator Gordon Wilson and recalls his sincere and courageous efforts to further the process of peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland; recalls Senator Wilson's deep personal tragedy at the loss of his daughter in the deplorable bombing at the Armistice Day Ceremony in Enniskillen; and calls upon the Government, all members of the House and all parties interested in the peace process to redouble their effort to bring about a lasting, peaceful and agreed settlement as a mark of their respect for the work and life of Senator Wilson.
