MR STUART HICKEN
That this House commends Mr Stuart Hicken of the South Cliff Hotel, Bridlington, for his public-spirited courage in apprehending and containing Mr Norman Stocks who was stealing money from the hotel; and registers its profound concern at the subsequent action of the Humberside Constabulary in arresting Mr Hicken on a charge of unlawful imprisonment.
