That this House notes the helpful meeting between the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department of Health and representatives of the British Psychological Society on the subject of the statutory registration of psychologists in the United Kingdom; further notes the helpful meeting between the Society and officials of various departments; and looks forward to the time when a Bill is presented to enact a system of statutory registration of psychologists in the United Kingdom so that the public is protected.
