Illegal Actions of the Belgian Monarchy
That this House deplores the action of the King of Belgium in seeking to use the Royal Edict to over-ride the EEC Directive relating to non hush-kitted aircraft and to permit Ostend airport to daily handle such aircraft in flagrant breach of international agreement; and further calls upon the European Commission to assert the terms of the Directive and to seek, from the Belgian Government, immediate compliance.
