That this House requests the Administration Committee to allow photography and filming of matters which are not official committees of the House in any of the Committee Rooms where it has been expressly permitted by the honourable Member in whose name the room is booked, and is under the supervision either of that honourable Member or a responsible person directly and specifically authorised by them.
