That this House congratulates West Midlands Co-operative Society for their imaginative and positive polices of investment and job creation through the development of two new superstores in Bilston and Wednesfield as part of a ??17 million investment plan together with the creation of 400 jobs in communities which are still experiencing high levels of unemployment. (Relevant registered interest declared)
