That this House warmly congratulates the Victoria and Albert Museum on being awarded a Charter Mark in recognition of its achievements in the field of customer service, innovation and value for money; acknowledges the cultural, educational and economic values that the Museum offers; and wishes it well in continuing to improve upon the excellent standards it has already achieved.
