That this House welcomes the cancellation of the second tranche of VAT on domestic fuel and power; and believes that any future revenue raised in lieu of the hitherto expected monies from this source should come from the massive ??20 billion savings to be gained from the cancellation of the construction, commissioning and deployment programme for Trident
