PAYMENTS TO NHS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
That this House calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to reject demands to pay non-executive directors sums in excess of the present ??5,000; believes that the present system is extensively abused as exampled by the number of health authority and family health services authorities who were paid and accepted ??5,000 whilst only attending a mere two, three, four and five meetings in the year.
