Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Martin Redmond (Labour), on Tuesday, 16 July 1996, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 25 members in total.

CONDUCT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR HEALTH AND NHS STATISTICS

That this House deplores the cynicism of the Secretary of State for Health in publishing NHS trust statistics on standards of patient care knowing the ways that these were falsified by many trusts; and congratulates the Sunday Times for exposing this scandal and showing NHS star ratings are fraudulent and valueless.
