That this House, following the disclosure that files used by Lord Aldington in the legal action in which he won ??1.5 million damages from Count Nikolai Tolstoy, which Tolstoy had been told were unavailable, were subsequently found languishing in a Foreign Office cupboard, calls upon the Government to order a search of all cupboards for files and for their return to the proper quarter.
