Self-determination for Kashmir (No. 2)
That this House views with grave concern the recent violence, leading to much bloodshed, in that part of Kashmir which is incorporated in India; and urges Her Majesty's Government to use all diplomatic means to secure the implementation of the United Nations resolutions calling for self-determination, through a plebiscite, for all the people of Kashmir.
