ORPHANAGES IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

That this House notes with extreme concern the evidence that babies and infants have been left to die through lack of medical care and feeding in orphanages in the People's Republic of China; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to bring these concerns to the attention of the Government of the People's Republic of China and to request their full investigation.
