That this House welcomes the inauguration of the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and congratulates the Chief Executive, Members of the Board, and its Chief Patron Paul McCartney for their initiative in providing facilities for young people from many countries to participate in musical arts; and wishes Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts every success in the years to come.
