EALING COUNCIL
That this House congratulates the officers and councillors of Ealing Council for winning four charter marks this year; notes that this is the first time that Ealing Council has ever won a Charter Mark award; further notes that Ealing is the first London Borough Council ever to win four charter marks in one year; and considers this achivement to be the direct result of the lection of a Labour Council in May 1994.
