That this House congratulates the Right Honourable Member for Old Bexley and Sidcup on his forthright and admirable endorsement of a national minimum wage, the Social Chapter and devolution for Scotland and Wales, on which he has been consistent for so many years; and commends his views to the Party he once led as Prime Minister.
