STONE OF DESTINY PROCESSION
That this House notes the commentary in the Scottish Sunday Express on the Stone of Destiny procession which reported that the Secretary of State for Scotland 'was booed not just by SNP supporters but by scores of Edinburgh folk who lined the streets'; recalls that the Secretary of State for Scotland had a similar experience when attending the premier of Braveheart in Stirling last year; and further notes that the Conservative Party's reputation as an anti-Scottish political force will be maintained until the Government is prepared to offer Scotland substance not just symbols.
