Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Martin Redmond (Labour), on Monday, 11 November 1996, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 30 members in total.

USE OF NHS TRUST ENDOWMENT FUNDS

That this House deplores the failure of the Secretary of State for Health to condemn the use of over £100,000 by the Royal Brompton and the Royal Marsden hospitals from endowment funds to pay Ian Greer Associates to lobby on their behalf, a moral breach of trust and possibly an illegal use of funds.
