That this House notes that three members of the Government's Deregulation Task Force are currently Conservative prospective parliamentary candidates, namely the Right honourable Francis Maude, Mr Archie Norman and Mr Michael Fallon; and believes that holding such positions is incompatible with them giving impartial advice to the Government on deregulation matters.
