That this House views with grave concern the Grampian Police Fraud Squad investigation into the activities of Councillor MacDonald an SNP councillor in Moray; notes that Mr MacDonald is also an approved SNP candidate for the Scottish Parliament elections; and calls upon the SNP to make a statement on this important issue and suspend Mr MacDonald from the SNP list of approved candidates.
