HEALTH AUTHORITY FUNDING
That this House welcomes the massive financial injection that the Government has given to local health authorities; and believes that these authorities now have the opportunity and responsibility to ensure that the needs of local communities are met by protecting and enhancing the existing services in community and rural based hospitals.
