CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS

That this House takes note of Protocol No. 14 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, amending the Control system of the Convention, Cm. 6370, presented to Parliament on 15th November, in the last Session of Parliament; and requests that her Majesty's Government does not ratify it until the Joint Committee on Human Rights has considered and reported on its implications.
