DIABETIC LABELLING
That this House notes the national petition presented to the House by the honourable Member for Ross, Skye and Inverness West on behalf of the British Diabetic Association, and co-ordinated through Debra Lake, Diabetes Specialist Nurse at Raigmore Hospital; Inverness; takes account of the significant level of support for preventing food manufacturers and retailers from using the word diabetic on this product labels; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to give further consideration to this issue as a matter of priority.
