Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Oliver Letwin (Conservative), on Wednesday, 12 November 1997, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 6 members in total.
MILK DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL TAXATION
That this House recognises the essential role of the Milk Development Council in human nutritional education; and believes that the proposed policy for non-profit, industry-funded research organisations to pay tax will jeopardise the valuable work carried out by such bodies.
