CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

That this House calls on the Government to confirm that, whatever changes in law are made following the Green Paper and any subsequent Education Bill, the principle is maintained that individual children with special educational needs have a legal entitlement to receive the special educational provision their needs call for.
