TURKISH INCURSION
That this House condemns the recent invasion of Northern Iraq by Turkish forces which have used tanks, planes and heavy artillery, as well as internationally-banned napalm and cluster bombs, on the local population; notes that men, women and children have been killed during rival Kurdish fighting involving the Turks and that many more have been forced from their homes; demands an immediate halt to all Turkish military operations aimed at Northern Iraq and the withdrawal of all Turkish forces from the area; and calls on the international community to find a political and peaceful solution to the Kurdish issue.
