That this House deplores the treatment of individual leaseholders at Mountaire Court Flats in Brent who were defrauded of ??22,000 cash for major repair works never performed by Freshwater's managing company which went into liquidation and who now face further demands for ??5,500 in advance, in respect of the same major repair works under threat of repossession by Parkgate-Aspen who are the new managing agents of the flats, the freehold of which is held by Freshwater.
