Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor John McDonnell (Labour), on Tuesday, 30 March 1999, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 20 members in total.
REVIEW OF SUSAN MAY'S CASE
That this House considers that there is sufficient evidence to cast doubt upon the results of the Police investigation into the murder of Hilda Marchbank in 1992 and to render unsafe the subsequent prosecution of Susan May for this crime; and calls upon the Criminal Cases Review Commission to expedite its review of this case.
