That this House congratulates the honourable Member for Newark on her dignity, fortitude and admirable courage and on the manner in which despite extreme difficulties she retained her seat in the House following lengthy High Court proceedings; warmly welcomes her return; and looks forward to her immediate resumption of her constituency duties and valuable work in Parliament.
