That this House offers its sincere condolences to the family of 10 year old Damilola Taylor, who was stabbed with a broken bottle and bled to death on the North Peckham council estate in London; believes no 10 year old should have to suffer such a brutal death; and urges the Metropolitan Police to spare no effort to find the killers.
