SOLO.NET COMMUNITY RADIO
That this House welcomes Solo.Net's proposal to establish a community radio covering the London boroughs of Sutton and Merton; calls on the Radio Authority to consider their proposal carefully; and requests that the Government draw up an action plan for establishing a network of community radio stations which will give voluntary, community and interest groups and private individuals access to local broadcasting facilities.
