MASKED DEMONSTRATORS

That this House Notes that the Public Order Act 1986 allows police to order the removal of masks if they believe the wearer intends to commit an offence; also notes the difficulty of assessing intending before the act; and asks the Government to consider strengthening the power to allow police to order removal of masks if they think it conductive to public order.
