Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Helen Jones (Labour), on Tuesday, 22 October 2002, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 41 members in total.
FREE PARKING FOR COMMUNITY PHYSIOTHERAPISTS
That this House recognises the valuable work done by community physiotherapists; notes the difficulties they experience in finding parking spaces near patients' homes, the consequent waste of valuable time and the problem of carrying equipment; and calls upon the Department of Health and the Department of Transport to work together to ensure that physiotherapists can have free and unlimited parking when visiting patients.
