Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor John Lyons (Labour), on Wednesday, 17 April 2002, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 40 members in total.
FOOTBALL MUSEUMS
That this House believes the Scottish Football Museum, as the repository of the world's most significant international football collection, should be made free of charge to visitors; and further believes that the Department for Culture, Media and sport should include the Museums of Football in Scotland (Glasgow), England (Preston) and Wales (Wrexham) in their list of state-funded museums, thereby extending access to all.
