That this House congratulates Bob Crow on his election of General Secretary of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union; notes that an overwhelming majority of members voted for him; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to recognise the strength of feeling of rail workers for Railtrack to be taken back into public ownership and that investment in London Underground be financed from public sources.
