CIVILIAN DEATHS IN IRAQ

That this House calls upon the Prime Minister, in concert with the US Administration and the Iraqi Interim Government, immediately to institute a dedicated body to gather, collate and publish the number of Iraqi civilians killed and injured as a result of coalition forces' actions since 20th March 2003; and believes that such a body should incorporate procedures employed by Iraq bodycount and those US and Iraqi health experts whose findings detailing 100,000 civilian deaths was published by the Lancet on 30th October 2004.
