ENTRY CLEARANCE AND MRS PANIBEN PATEL
That this House condemns the decision of the entry clearance officers in Mumbai to refuse a visitor's visa to Mrs Paniben Patel to enable her to attend a family wedding in the United Kingdom, even after receiving categorical assurances from the honourable member for Wolverhampton South East and her family in the United Kingdom that Mrs Patel would return to her three daughters in India immediately after the wedding.
