RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

That this House welcomes the Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance Report on the Implementation of NICE Guidance on Use of Anti-TNFa therapies for adults with rheumatoid arthritis; notes its findings that while the NICE guidance is being implemented in many cases, it is still only partially implemented in some areas; and urges the Government to clarify where responsibility for implementing NICE guidance lies and to ensure that the barriers to implementation are overcome, so that all those eligible for this treatment are able to receive it.
