Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Andrew Rosindell (Conservative), on Monday, 24 March 2003, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 23 members in total.
UK DOG Initiative
That this House congratulates the Kennel Club and PRODog's on their joint initiative UKDOG; notes that restrictions on access to the countryside are becoming a grave concern to many dog owners who experience a serious problem on nearly every mile of path they try to use when out walking; notes with concern an increasing anti-dog attitude which prevails; recognises the need for a nationwide initiative to ensure that the rights for dog owners are protected and represented at every level of government; and therefore wishes the Kennel Club and PRODog's the best of luck in achieving their aims, opening the lines of communications between honourable Members and their constituents.
