PROTECTION OF IRAQ'S CULTURAL HERITAGE

That this House expresses its concern about the threat posed by the current conflict to Iraq's cultural heritage, its monuments, museums and archaeological sites; urges UNESCO to take all possible means to limit the damage to sites of cultural heritage by all countries involved in the war; and requests that UNESCO contributes effective measures to the re-establishment of Iraq's heritage after the war.
