That this House notes that the honourable Members for Cotswold, Old Bexley and Sidcup, Beverley, and Holderness, and Tunbridge Wells voted on 4th February for a 100 per cent. elected House of Lords, for a 60 per cent. elected House of Lords, but not for a 80 per cent. elected House, their party's official policy; and further notes that had they supported the latter the motion would have been carried.
