TUC CONFERENCE AND IRAQ

That this House welcomes the initiatives of the general secretaries of a number of trade unions to demand the recall of the TUC Conference to discuss the threat of war in Iraq; and considers that this is a major contribution to the promotion of peace both in the Labour and Trade Union movement, and in the country overall.
