BRAIN INJURY AWARENESS WEEK 24TH FEBRUARY - 2ND MARCH
That this House notes that brain injury is the biggest cause of death and disability in young people; recognises the good work of Headway, which is the UK's leading charity dedicated to providing support services and information to brain-injury survivors, their families and carers; and supports Brain Injury Awareness Week, starting on 24th February, which aims to highlight the devastating effects of brain injury and the long-term consequences on young survivors and their families.
