RULES APPLYING TO MEMBERS OF THE UPPER HOUSE

That this House believes that the current reform of Parliament should include consideration of the status of Members of the Upper House who have been convicted in a court of law, and that the rules that apply to honourable Members in such circumstances should apply also to Members of the Upper House.
