CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE
That this House recognises the many difficulties faced by people born with a congenital heart disease; believes that such individuals should not have to pay for any drugs necessary to keep them alive; and calls upon the Government forthwith to exempt such sufferers from all prescription charges related to their medical condition.
