AUTISM PROVISION
That this House notes the increasing number of young people being diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders; recognises the importance of prompt multidisciplinary assessment, diagnosis and intervention at home and school; recommends greater training for parents, teachers and carers of sufferers; and calls upon the Government to ensure that every child with autism has equal access to behavioural treatments and educational opportunity.
