That this House congratulates Michael Rutter for recording a record speed of 201.1 miles per hour in the Superbike Race on Saturday 15th May at Ulster's International North West 200 motorcycle races; congratulates the Coleraine and District Motorcycle Club for organising the fastest and most exciting races this year in the British Isles; and wishes the organisers, teams and riders a long and safe future providing the Province with its biggest and most successful tourist attraction.
