Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Caroline Spelman (Conservative), on Thursday, 13 May 2004, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 47 members in total.
BARKER REPORT
That this House notes with regret the Government's failure to hold a debate in its own time on the conclusion of Kate Barker's report on housing supply; further notes the lack of a Government statement on the report; recognises that the only parliamentary time given to this subject has been at the Opposition's request; and calls on the Government to let the implications of the Barker Report be given full consideration in Government time, as they deserve.
